Proforma — Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 17, 2026 Operator: Contextualize LLC ("Contextualize")

Proforma is an internal application operated by Contextualize. It is not offered to the public and has no users outside Contextualize.

What Proforma accesses

Proforma connects to Contextualize's own QuickBooks Online company file using the Intuit com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope. It reads:

Proforma accesses this data on a read-only basis. It does not create, modify, or delete records in QuickBooks Online.

Proforma does not collect personal information from individuals. It does not use cookies, tracking technologies, analytics services, or advertising networks.

Why this data is accessed

Solely for Contextualize's internal financial reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting. The data is not used for any other purpose.

Where data is stored

Google LLC acts as an infrastructure provider for the Google Sheets component and processes the data solely as part of providing that service. No other third party receives data from Proforma.

Disclosure

Contextualize does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share data obtained through Proforma with any third party. Data may be disclosed only where required by law or valid legal process.

Retention

Financial data synchronized by Proforma is retained for as long as it remains useful for internal reporting. Following disconnection of the QuickBooks Online connection, synchronized data may be deleted upon request.

Security

Revoking access

Access may be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online, under Settings → Apps → Disconnect. Revocation immediately invalidates Proforma's tokens and halts further synchronization.

Changes to this policy

Any revision will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
