Proforma is an internal financial data pipeline operated by Contextualize LLC. It reads monthly actuals from QuickBooks Online, verifies them against QuickBooks' own Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, and writes the reconciled figures into a single machine-owned spreadsheet tab.
It runs unattended on a schedule. There is no interactive application to sign in to, which is why this page is the whole of it — authentication is a one-time setup step performed by the operator, not a per-session user action.
Read-only accounting data from the connected company file. Proforma never writes to QuickBooks.
